Shipping Information

 

Big Sky Chimney ships from 7 distribution locations within the contiguous united states. Most items arrive within 4-6 business days.

 

Internet orders received Monday through Thursday (3:00pm EST) for stock items ship within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday - Sunday for stock items will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day, in the event of a holiday. Shipping methods are determined by product, weight, and shipping location. Most items ship UPS. To track your shipment, enter your UPS tracking number here. Your tracking number(s) will be emailed to the address you used when ordering. Tracking numbers are only sent after the package has left our distribution location.

Returns

Approval is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Support at 406-995-3385 to request a Return Authorization (RA) form prior to returning product. All returned merchandise must be in it`s original packaging and in resalable condition. Products returned due to customer error may be approved with a Return Autorization form and are subject to a thirty to fourty percent restocking charge. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Sorry, but we cannot accept product returns after 90 days. Discontinued items or specials are also non-returnable. Custom items are not eligible for return. Please be sure of what yo are ordering when you confirm your order.

 

Freight

Chimney Liners and other large items often ship via freight. Freight charges are dependent on carrier. Additional charges may apply to freight items delivered to residential addresses.

 

For freight line returns, call our customer service team to arrange the return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Sorry, but we cannot accept product returns after 90 days. Discontinued items or specials are non-returnable.

 

Tips for receiving your merchandise

 

Always give us a shipping address where someone will be available to accept delivery.

Your UPS driver will work with if you have special delivery considerations.

 

Besure someone is available to unload, inspect, and sign for any freight line deliveries. (Note damages before signing for any freight deliveries. Damages, shortages, or missing merchandise must be reproted within 2 business days.)

Contact customer service immediately regarding damaged or missing merchandise.
